Weddings

$1500/(3 hours Minimum) and an additional $400 for every hour after that.

What's Included:

Complimentary Travel: We cover travel time for venues within 50 km of Port Macquarie, free of charge.
Beverage Planning Assistance: Get expert guidance on beverage quantities and selections tailored specifically for your event.
Pre-Wedding Venue Meet & Greet: We'll meet you at your venue to meticulously plan all the details, ensuring everything is perfect before your big day.
Professional Bartending Services: Your quote includes two professional, RSA-trained bartenders dedicated to serving your guests. This covers 40-70 guests for the duration of service with meticulous attention to detail. For weddings with over 70 guests, additional staff will be recommended to ensure seamless flow, charged at $40/hour per person, including travel time.
Complete Glassware: We provide all the necessary glassware from our diverse range to perfectly complement your beverage service.
Essential Supplies & Equipment:
Ice: We supply ice for your service.
Eskies: We bring up to 400 liters of eskies for all your chilling needs. For larger weddings, we may suggest hiring a mobile cool room for added convenience.
Basic Bartending Equipment: Straws and napkins are included.
Custom Bar Menu: Provided with full drinks packages.
Please note: You only need to supply the alcohol we handle the rest!
Stylish Beverage Stations: Enhance your event with our beautifully styled beverage stations, including:
A dedicated beer and soft drink station.
A self-serve water station.
Customized Cocktail Experience:
Choose from two different basic cocktails at $4 each, or elevate your experience with special cocktails made with edible flowers and high-quality fruit components for $5 each.
We also offer the unique opportunity to design your own personalized cocktail with custom ingredients.
You have the flexibility to opt for a dedicated cocktail hour or a set amount of cocktails to align with your budget.
